With over 20 years experience in the health care field, Brek Harris has developed a respect for the body's ability to heal itself when it has the opportunity. Brek earned a Bachelors in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto, a postgraduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is proud to be a part of the U of T Student Mentor Program. Brek has held various board positions, including President of the Ontario Osteopathic Association.
Jack Machado M.OMSc

Joaquim (Jack) Machado received his Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Science degree from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (Hamilton, ON). Prior to that, he graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and specialized in sports massage. Jack enjoys working with all ages, from babies to the elderly.
Andrea Ruales M.OMSc

With a thriving passion for anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of the body, Andrea has earned her Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the CAO. Her creativity, management and problem solving has helped her develop a passionate eye for human anatomy and it's physiological processes. Andrea is now looking forward to being a facilitator of health, as Nature does the rest.

Lisa Dilanzo Brombal RMT

Lisa is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been practicing for over 20 years. She focuses on enhancing performance, recovery from muscular and nerve injuries, and relieving tension, stress and anxiety. Individual ‘root cause’ programs are developed to reduce pain and improve posture caused by flawed biomechanics or sports, traumatic and repetitive strain injuries.
Lisa has a special interest in prenatal massage, rehabilitative therapeutic massage and restoring flexibility and range of motion. Utilizing a variety of massage and myofascial techniques, including deep tissue massage, Lisa can treat a variety of conditions including chronic pain, joint pathologies, fascial restrictions, sciatica, piriformis syndrome and unexpected injuries.
Marissa Chaulk RMT

Driven by a passion for holistic health and the body’s ability to heal, Marissa has been facilitating and empowering the public through both registered massage therapy and yoga instruction collectively for over a decade. Graduating with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2009 and completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher’s Training in 2015, Marissa has been hands on and eager to educate her community since. With a special interest in prenatal massage, Marissa completed additional training in this area and has participated in an outreach program at the Women’s College Hospital in Toronto where she assessed and treated high-risk pregnancy patients as well as women in active labour. She has instructed infant massage to parents and enjoys supporting women through their postpartum journeys through massage and education of self- care.
